Our mission is to support and scale groundbreaking startups, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Investor Relations and Finance Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the financial aspects of emerging businesses while managing investor relations.

Job Description:
As an Investor Relations and Finance Associate, you will be pivotal in managing our investor relations activities and supporting our financial operations. You will work closely with our team and startup founders to develop and execute strategies that strengthen our relationships with investors and ensure the financial health of our startups.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:
– Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
– Prepare and distribute regular investor communications, including reports, presentations, and updates.
– Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and events.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
– Ensure consistent and accurate messaging to the investment community.

Finance:
– Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed financial analysis.
– Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
– Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related role.
– Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– High level of integrity and professionalism.

– Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
