We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team and lead our sales operations from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients and partners using various outreach strategies, including cold emails, calls, and networking events.
- Lead Generation: Research and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline for the startup studio and its portfolio companies.
Sales Development:
- Outreach: Proactively engage with leads, setting up meetings to introduce the startup studio’s services
- Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients to ensure alignment with the studio’s offerings
- Follow-ups: Maintain communication with prospects through email, phone, and social media to nurture relationships
Sales Execution:
- Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of the startup studio’s advisory services and portfolio companies
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, overcoming objections to close deals and secure long-term partnerships
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Growth Channel Expansion:
- Market Research: Identify new growth channels, including partnerships, new industries, and potential markets for the studio’s services
- Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances with accelerators, incubators, and investment firms to enhance lead generation
- Digital Outreach: Utilize digital platforms and social media to broaden the startup studio’s presence and attract new prospects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or growth role, preferably in a startup or innovation-driven environment
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, pipeline management, and client relationship building
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives
- Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems
