SUMMARY

Title: Communications and Marketing Manager – Startup Studio & Accelerator

Location: Monterrey Area, MX or Remote

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced communications and marketing manager to join our team at our impact startup studio and accelerator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, public relations, and corporate communications, and will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall communications and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall communications and marketing strategy, with a focus on promoting the impact and success of our startups and accelerator program
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
  • Manage the company’s social media and online presence, including website content and SEO
  • Collaborate with the accelerator team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for our startups
  • Coordinate public relations activities, including media outreach and event planning
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or corporate communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media and online marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as Asana and Hootsuite
  • Passion for promoting the impact of startups and a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility
