We’re a dynamic, fast-growing pre-seed startup accelerator on a mission to empower the next generation of founders in Latam. Our programs are designed to help early-stage startups build traction, validate their business models, and prepare for investment. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Acceleration Lead to play a key role in shaping the founder experience and accelerating high-potential startups through our program.
Role Overview
As Acceleration Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our accelerator operations — responsible for discovering and engaging exceptional founders, guiding them through the program, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also serve as a central connector between founders, mentors, investors, and other ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities
Founder Outreach & Lead Generation: Actively identify, engage, and nurture a pipeline of high-quality startup founders across relevant ecosystems.
Program Management: Ensure seamless execution of the accelerator program, from onboarding to graduation, maintaining timelines, session coordination, and clear communication.
Startup Advising: Provide strategic guidance, support, and accountability to participating startups, helping them overcome challenges and hit key milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main liaison for mentors, advisors, investors, and corporate partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating value-driven connections.
Logistics & Operations: Own the day-to-day operational logistics of the program — managing events, calendars, resources, and tools to support an exceptional founder experience.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, assess program impact, and contribute ideas to evolve and improve our accelerator model.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in startups, accelerators, VC, or innovation environments.
Strong understanding of early-stage startup challenges, founder journeys, and fundraising.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
Passionate about helping founders succeed and building a thriving startup community.
Bonus Points If You:
Have a strong personal network in the startup or venture capital ecosystem
Have experience mentoring or advising startups
Have worked in operations or program management roles
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools (Airtable, Notion, Slack, WordPress, etc.)
