Powertrain Ventures – Startup Accelerator Coordinator

SUMMARY

Location: Monterrey Area, Mexico

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Startup Accelerator Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our startup accelerator program.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule all program events, including workshops, pitch sessions, and mentorship meetings
  • Communicate with program participants, mentors, and partners to facilitate the smooth running of the program
  • Assist with the development and implementation of program curricula and materials
  • Provide support to program participants, including responding to inquiries and helping with logistics
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing participant lists and creating reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of the program and the achievement of program goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, event planning, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and other office productivity tools
