Venture Capital Analyst

On-site (Monterrey Area, Mexico) or Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our venture capital firm as a Venture Capital Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for supporting the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of investment materials, including pitch decks and investment memos
• Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate and assess potential investments
• Monitor and track portfolio companies’ performance
• Assist with the development of investment strategies and the firm’s overall portfolio management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or economics
• 1-2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel and Pitchbook
