We are seeking a talented marketer to join the Powertrain family to support our marketing goals. The functions are, but not limited to:

Growth

• Position Powertrain Ventures as the the lead impact venture builder through a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Lead our internal marketing strategy and support our client’s (startup founders) own strategies
• Grow an online community with our clients and partners by developing media strategies and digital campaigns
• Manage, track, and optimize campaigns across variety of channels, including Google Adwords, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns to inform future ones
• Develop keyword strategy to best appeal to our user segment, and lead team to build content for top SEO performance
• Establish contact with customers and leads via email

Communications

• Develop media strategy, leading teams to forge variety of content and copy into a single strong brand identity
• Manage Powertrain’s social media presence by creating content and engaging with the audience as community manager
• Organize and coordinate founder & startup events both digitally and in real life
• Support investor relations efforts to all our stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, or close to completion
• Creative, proactive and responsible
• Interested in startups, innovation and all things digital
• Living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon
• Availability to work full-time (or close to that)
• Experience working with startups & in marketing roles.
