Marketing Intern

Monterrey, NL, Mexico – Internship – Hybrid

We’re a startup studio and accelerator looking for a talented Marketing Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about bringing the maximum potential of a brand, this role is perfect for you.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and analyzing market trends. You’ll be working closely with our team and startup founders to understand their needs and bring the brand awareness and business growth they seek.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage, track, and optimize campaigns across a variety of channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Analytics
• Evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Develop keyword strategies to best appeal to our user segment, and lead our team to build content for top SEO performance
• Leverage email marketing to establish connections with clients and leads
• Grow an online community with our clients and partners by developing social media strategies and digital campaigns
• Manage our social media presence by creating content and engaging with the audience
• Organize and coordinate events

Requirements:

• Recent grad or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication or alike
• Experience using Canva
• Creative, proactive and responsible
• Interested in startups, innovation and all things digital
• Availability to work part-time
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
